We are passionate about rugby development done well. We are passionate about real social impact.

We do this through being intentional about everything we do and being purposeful about why we do things the way we do them.

That means: establishing development pathways, creating professional learning opportunities and building a sustainable eco-system for the sport to grow across all of Vietnam - from kids, to clubs, to communities - from players, to coaches, to administrators.

Our team is full of people from the community they serve. This is central to our purpose. We need role models to set the standard for young boys & girls to aspire to be like, and to support those who face similar challenges to them.
